Non GMO Fair Trade Compliant Sustainably Sourced Gluten Free 1 oz of loose leaf tea translates into approximately 15 cups depending on the strength desired.  The test tube makes at least 4 cups of tea. PREPARATION:  Place 1 heaping teaspoon of loose leaf tea per 6 oz of hot to boiling water into an infuser or filter.  Allow tea to steep for 3 to 5 minutes, remove infuser/filter with leaves and enjoy.
